Q1. Do I need to have an account for purchasing?

Q2. Will shipping cost be needed?
Yes, it will be. Depends on the country to ship.

Q3. How many days will it be delivered?
Please allow up to 10 business days from order to shipment.
And, some item will be different from usual delivery dates so please check the item page. We will notify you when shipping is ready.

Q4. I have not received my registration email or order completion email.
If you are using a mobile carrier email, you may not receive our emails due to your settings or the security policy of your mobile carrier email. Please note that we will not be able to respond to individual cases in which you do not receive an email.

Q5. Can I return the item or exchange another one?
We will not accept return or exchange after purchasing.If the product is defective, we will refund the purchase price. However, please note that even in the case of defective products, returns are limited to unused products.
